0.4.2a hotfix notes

Fixing issue stopping players from joining dungeons
Fixed inventory not syncing correctly on removing items
Fixed crafting working with not enough items
Quest HUD panel will now update itself when you expand/contract the UI through the dropdown button (temporary workaround for quest dissapearing on login)
Quest UI (Press L) now can be reopened after closing
Increased the size of mining nodes slightly.
Fixed some NPC naming issues and allowed text wrapping on npc replies to avoid issues with text being clipped
