Patch Notes 0.5.1c

Early Access 3 Backer Test hotfix 0.5.1c released April 16th 2020

Features:

  • Added framework for player gameplay stats (Via the V.I.D.A panel) - these currently will not persist between sessions. We’d love some suggestions on what you’d like to see here.
  • Added some recipes that use the fish.
  • The building plots should now have doors that work - removed some building assets which were untextured.
  • Added a barebones buff system for abilities and effects which have a duration.
  • #### ####### ### ### ###### ###
  • ##### ### ### ####### ###
  • ######## ####### ### #### # ### #####
  • Allowed consumables to be added to the hotbar (both dragging the + icon and through the add to hotbar modal).

Quality of life:

  • The time until a fishing cast can be reeled in is now a little bit longer, so it doesn’t happen immediately after the bait lands.
  • Red combat text should now appear when your character takes damage.
  • Increased the number of categories in the Vendor and Inventory (Added Consumables, Ammunition, Clothing and Crafting).
  • Improved the players jump animation

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed MatterManipulatorMk2 recipe - It should now be craftable.
  • Movement should now be blocked while you’re actively fishing.
  • Mining nodes should now use the correct texture when ‘disappearing’ and not turn white.
  • ‘Remember Details’ checkbox should persist properly, and forget your credentials when disabled.
  • Leapslam can no longer launch you across the map.
  • Added some missing item descriptions.
  • Crafting, and other, windows should now correctly close on player death.
  • Fixed an issue where consumables could indefinitely lock movement.
