This is the first explosive weapon to be announced. Upgraded versions of the Singularity Dispenser can be crafted to have an increased area of effect, damage or different damage types.
Ingame description
The Singularity Dispenser Mk.1 is a powerful weapon designed to be able to fire controlled projectiles which detonate in a large radius around their impact point.
