• VOC Representative: Lt. Jana Hilly is the most senior member of the VOC staff at present. You'll find her over at the Armoury
• VOC Representative: Andsim Wardrez is the head of our mining operation, he can be found outside of the VOC walls.
• VOC Representative: Diane Whelly is the head of our research and science division. She can be found in the research centre nearby
