- VOC Representative: I can see that! You still need to finalise your training in weaponry, mining and crafting.
- [Player]: Okay!
- [Player]: Where do I need to go for my Certification?
- VOC Representative: Lt. Jana Hilly is the most senior member of the VOC staff at present. You'll find her over at the Armoury
- VOC Representative: Andsim Wardrez is the head of our mining operation, he can be found outside of the VOC walls.
- VOC Representative: Diane Whelly is the head of our research and science division. She can be found in the research centre nearby
