About the creature
Target Dummy technically isn't a 'creature', since it is man-made. Built for target practice, it can't attack and has to suffer in agony while newcomers take their best shot at them. That is, if they could feel pain and emotions, of course. Which they can't.
Location
Target dummies can be found at the training yard near Lt. Jana Hilly, supervised by Lazy Soldier.
